Continuous Power – Mexico’s first power cogeneration plant to operate under the new Abasto Aislado electrical regulations is up and running at the Diltex manufacturing plant near Mexico City. The facility’s natural gas-powered CHP system, powered by an MTU Onsite Energy Series 4000 engine, has cut energy bills by 12% and generated $200,000 in savings in its first year of operation.
